Il Mithna
Located in the heart of the beautiful village of Mellieha, this is one of the truly hidden gems in northern Malta. The restuarant itself is set in an authentic 17th windmill and if that's not enough then the food and service here will really enhance your dining experience. So for those of you who want authentic surroundings and superb food this is the place to visit. The staff here are extremely friendly and courteous which only adds to the wonderful dining you'll experience here. - Highly Recommended

Fusion Four
Situated in the ancient city of Valletta, this is one of the most interesting venues in Malta for dining. Part of the restaurant contains a museum of wax figures depicting the maltese way of life over the centuries. The food here is a very interesting mix,mostly european based with lots of flavour. A perfect place to experience some new dishes on your holiday in Malta.

Also located in St. Julians. This greek restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere combined with casual dining. This is a great alternative to the usual restaurants, with generous portions and friendly staff. Well worth a visit if you want that little something with a difference.

A family run restaurant located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk, this restaurant specializes in fish based dishes. An ideal place in the summertime and very affordable. The staff are warm and friendly and the food is the freshest you can get and tastes fantastic.

Latini
Found on the magical isle of Gozo, this small restaurant offers a genuine Gozitan culinary experience. The food is prepared with great care and this shows in the taste and flavour of each dish. Service is prompt and staff curteous and make you feel like you've known them for ages. Great in the summer with a large outdoor terrace. Well priced and well worth a visit.
